Volunteers keep the weekend running behind the scenes. Roles include registration, merch sales, evening door monitoring, staff shuttles, setup/teardown, and flooring.

Ambassadors are community builders who help spread the word in their local scene before the event, then carry that same energy onsite by creating a welcoming, social environment for dancers of every level.

Mentors are experienced dancers who guide newcomers through the weekend while continuing to grow themselves. It's about connection and tone, bridging levels so the whole event feels welcoming and social.

Promoters focus on visibility and reach through social content, capturing what the event actually feels like before, during, and after the weekend.
